4 injured in wreck of tractor-trailer, van
A wreck between a van and a tractor-trailer just outside Kenly injured four people on Sunday afternoon.

KENLY, N.C. — A wreck between a van and a tractor-trailer just outside Kenly injured four people on Sunday afternoon.
State troopers said the accident at U.S. Highway 301 and N.C. Highway 581 happened shortly before 1 p.m.
The driver of the tractor-trailer and all three occupants of the van were transported to a nearby hospital, troopers said. There was no word on the extent of their injuries.
The Wilson County Sheriff's Office said deputies closed one lane of U.S. 301 while the scene was cleared.
Troopers continued Sunday afternoon to investigate the cause of the wreck.
