Durham police on Thursday said they arrested three men in connection to the October shooting death of a man who was walking home from work.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham police on Thursday said they arrested three men in connection to the October shooting death of a man who was walking home from work.

The three Durham men—Terrance Cradle, 25, William Marrow, 36, and Andrew Hilliard, 42—were charged with first-degree murder in the Oct. 20 death of Eric Ray, 33. Ray was walking home from work when he was shot in the 3700 block of Angier Avenue.

Charges are pending against Keith Laney, 25, according to the Durham Police Department. Laney will be formally arrested and charged at a later date because he is currently in prison.
