Yet another terrible/tragic loss of life and i am so sorry for the family! Durham, like Chicago, has a huge problem and most the time the root cause can be traced back to the absence of parents in the home. These young kids are growing up with zero guidance; it's harder and harder to stop this cycle... until people start taking responsibility and the government stops encouraging dependency it will continue!

When I think of Durham, my first thoughts are Drugs, Guns and Gangs. Thank the legal system for allowing many of the criminals that are arrested to be back on the streets before the police have finished the paperwork for the arrest.
