RALEIGH, N.C. — There's lots to do this work week besides, well, work! Here are our picks.

If you're looking for an elegant night out and want to support a local organization, this week's Cooking for a Classic dinners are the way to go. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, you can enjoy a six course, chef-prepared meal at 1705 Prime in Raleigh knowing that your $50 ticket goes to benefit the Lucy Daniels Center, an organization that helps children suffering from mental health issues.

Feeling adventurous? March is Exotic Meat Month at Bull City Burger, which means you can stop by to try a burger made with alligator, iguana, python, bison, turtle, bugs and more. For every seven exotic meat burgers you purchase, you get a free specially designed t-shirt.

Join a flash chorus and sing your heart out at Motorco Music Hall from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

See Colony House, a Nashville-based rock band, perform at 8 p.m. at Cat's Cradle for $12.

Crank Arm Brewing hosts a Trivia Night tonight from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Deep South's weekly Open Mic Night starts at 7:30 p.m. at the downtown Raleigh venue.

Valerie June has been called "Tennessee's best kept secret" and has been recognized by Rolling Stone and the New York Times. You can see the artist, known for her eclectic blend of folk, soul, country, R&B and blues, at the Carolina Theatre of Durham at 8 p.m.

See The Dig, a New York quartet, at The Pinhook at 9 p.m.

Meet at Dram & Draught at 8 p.m. for their Whiskey Wednesday Run Club.

Goodnights Comedy Club is calling tonight's The Sinful Six show the "raunchiest, naughtiest, dirtiest comedy show on the entire east coast." See it at 8 p.m.

See blues artist David Bromberg perform with Austin Shaw at the Lincoln Theatre at 8 p.m.

At 6:30 p.m., the North Carolina Museum of Art will hold a Bow Tie & Butterfly Gala to celebrate emerging women artists, musicians and writers in our state. There will be drinks, food, performances and dancing. Tickets are $85.

The Naked Magicians, the world’s naughtiest and funniest magic show, will hit DPAC tonight at 7:30 p.m. The boisterous R-rated magic show has received rave reviews in London’s West End, the U.S., Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Or, you can see visionary filmmaker John Waters at the Carolina Theatre of Durham at 8 p.m. Waters takes on taboo topics in this hilarious and completely uncensored one-man show.

See the Carolina Ballet's performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons at 8 p.m. at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. The dance is a celebration of nature’s enduring cycle.

Love classic cars? Check out the the Carolina Collector Auto Fest at the N.C. State Fairgrounds today and all day Saturday. Known as the longest running car show/swap meet in eastern North Carolina, the event features hundreds of cars and vendors.

It's the Second Friday Art Walk in Chapel Hill which means, starting at 6 p.m., art galleries and shops will keep their doors open late, and many restaurants and bars will feature specials.

Casting Crowns, a contemporary and Christian rock band, will perform at PNC Arena at 7 p.m.

See Bobby Bones, an American on-air radio personality and entertainer, at the Carolina Theatre of Durham at 8 p.m.
