— A 20-year-old Georgia man was jailed on July 4 under a $500,000 bond for the statutory rape of a 12-year-old from Moore County.

Moore County deputies received a report of a sexual assault of a child in February. During a four-month-long investigation, officials determined that Carlos Damian Dominguez-Perez, of Brunswick, Georgia, had fled out of state and was using multiple identities to avoid arrest.

Dominguez-Perez was arrested and charged with first-degree statutory rape and indecent liberties with a child. He first court appearance is scheduled for July 20.

And yet the democrats refused to pass "Kate's Law." They are responsible for this and everyone should not be surprised that these crimes continue to happen because of political correctness, and the democrats fear of offending Latinos. Open borders...what a great idea!

Disgusting. I am glad that he is in custody. I hope the child is getting emotional support for the psychological effects this will cause her.

This is very tragic and I wonder which bathroom this attack took place in. Since the supports or HB2 have been preaching andsaying that attacks against female children and adults only take place in bathrooms.
