RALEIGH, N.C. — We found plenty of ways to celebrate Fat Tuesday and Valentine's Day this week, but there is so much more to do. Here's our guide.

Monday

Marillion - The British rock band plays the Carolina Theatre of Durham tonight.
Flash Chorus - Sing MGMT and Julia Michaels at Motorco tonight during this family-friendly event. Tickets are available online or at the door.
Glow Zumba Party
Zumba Glow Party - Entry is only $8 for this party-style workout at Glow House Sports.

Tuesday

Durham Mardi Gras - Live music starts at 6 p.m. and continues all night in downtown Durham. This festival celebrates Fat Tuesday and features a parade, food and more.

Mardi Gras at PourWorks - There will be Brazilian performers and drink specials.
Galentine's Day - Whether you're single or taken, pamper yourself a day early with this festival/fundraiser at The Cannon Room. There will be giveaways, massages, food, wine, beauty and flower workshops and more, and a portion of proceeds go to Headbands for Hope.
Ask Your Mama: 12 Moods for Jazz - This is a multimedia concert performance of Langston Hughes's kaleidoscopic jazz poem suite. See it at the Carolina Theatre of Durham.
Canes vs. Kings - The Canes will take on Los Angeles at PNC Arena.

Wednesday

Anti-Valentine's Day Party - At 5 Lounge and Discotorium, it's a great night to be single. There will be drinks, dancing and music.
Dessert and Beer Pairing - Enjoy a sampling of desserts and a beer flight at Clouds Brewing for $10. The brewery will be debuting their Heartbeets Beet-Infused Whitbier.
Valentine's Dinner at Il Palio
Valentine’s Day Aphrodisiac Tasting - Unscripted in Durham will host this five-course tasting accompanied by molecular mixology cocktails prepared by Bedlam Vodka.
Valentine's Dinner at Il Palio - Enjoy four courses prepared by Chef Teddy Diggs.

Thursday

The Magic of Adam Trent - The breakout star of the world’s best selling magic show The Illusionists will bring his magic and illusion to this 90-minute spectacle at DPAC.

Earls of Leicester - The band plays the Carolina Theatre of Durham tonight.
North Carolina Auto Expo - This four-day exhibition starts today at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Admission is $10.
Little Shop of Horrors - Raleigh Little Theatre presents this tale of Seymour Krelborn, who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names after his coworker crush. See it through Feb. 25.

Friday

Scrappy Hour - The Scrap Exchange in Durham provides the supplies and instruction and snacks, you bring the wine! Create an upcycled craft for $25 at this fun event.
Winter Wonderland - Bond Park in Cary will use fake snow to create a sledding experience on Friday and Saturday.
From My Heart to Yours - The Hope Cafe will feature a buffet of honeybun rolls, jerk chicken, rice, shrimp and grits, lobster mac-n-cheese and more. There will also be dancing an a DJ.
Carolina Hurricanes WakeEd Night - Enjoy discounted Canes tickets and support a Wake County reading program tonight as the team takes on the New York Islanders.
