FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Two teens were arrested Monday on charges they tried to rob a Domino's Pizza deliveryman, authorities said.

Xavier Deshawn Lymas, 18, of 5320 Wrangler Avenue in Fayetteville, and a 15-year-old girl were charged with common-law robbery and felony conspiracy. Lymas was being held on $2,000 secured bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

A man was attempting to deliver pizzas to 2096 Midlin Court in Hope Mills. When the door went unanswered, the deliveryman called the phone number on the receipt and was directed to meet the purchaser at the end of the street, authorities said.

The man told investigators that Lymas and three girls met him at his vehicle and proceeded to push him and grab the pizzas. He said Lymas pointed a toy gun at him, authorities said.

Investigators said additional arrests may be forthcoming.
