PREVIOUS COVERAGE: Days after two Omaha police officers were fired for their involvement in the Taser-related incident that killed Zachary Bearheels, we will learn whether or not the officers will face charges.

On Wednesday morning, Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine will announce his office findings.

Officers Scotty Payne and Ryan McClarty were fired from the Omaha Police Department last week.

That was due to their involvement in an incident occurred near 60th and Center streets, where police used a Taser to subdue the 29-year-old Bearheels.

According to the coroner's report, the stun gun was not the sole cause of death.

It determined the physical struggle and physical restraint also lead to Bearheels death.
