2 injured in Durham shooting might have shot at one another, police say
Two men were shot at the McDougald Terrace neighborhood in Durham Thursday night around 10:30 p.m., according to Captain Daniel Edwards of the Durham Police Department.
Posted — UpdatedDurham police officers responded just after 10:30 p.m. to 24 B Ridgeway Ave. in reference to a gunshot wound. Officers found a man inside the apartment who had been shot in his left side and both legs.
The man was taken to Duke University Hospital with serious injuries.
A second man with two gunshot wounds to his back walked into the hospital a few minutes before 11 p.m., according to Durham police. Police believe he was also shot during the incident on Ridgeway Avenue.
Neither man was identified.
