2 held in Moore Co. assault

Two Moore County men are charged with assault with a deadly weapon in a June 11 attack, the sheriff's office reported Monday.

ABERDEEN, N.C. — Two Moore County men are charged with assault with a deadly weapon in a June 11 attack, the sheriff's office reported Monday.

Jordan Joseph Capstaff, 16, and James Albert Capstaff, 20, both of 609 John Mcqueen Road in Aberdeen, are being held on $165,000 secured bond in an assault on Dustin Mcmillian.

The alleged victim is also an Aberdeen resident, but his address was not available.
