Chapel Hill firefighter fought back a fire Tuesday morning at a home on Homestead Road.

<b>CHAPEL HILL, N.C.</b> — Chapel Hill firefighters fought back a fire Wednesday morning at a home on Homestead Road.

A photo tweeted by the Chapel Hill Fire Department showed flames and heavy smoke coming from the residence.

Officials said the home was owned by the University of North Carolina.

There were no injuries to people, officials said, but two dogs died in the fire.

Authorities closed the road between Seawell School Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
