19 little things your husband loves about your body
Posted February 1
It’s no secret your husband loves every bit of you. From your quirks to your charming personality to your beautiful body — he is absolutely smitten with it all. You should take a leaf out of your husband’s book and love the same things about your body as he does:
1. Your lips
They are oh so kissable. Your lips crack into a smile that leaves him weak at the knees, and he love the way they look when you say, "I love you." With or without your favorite lipstick on, your mister is irrevocably in love with your lips.
2. Your hands
They are strong and gentle at the same time. Your hands do so many incredible things everyday he can’t even begin to count. Your two hands are his to hold.
3. Your hips
You might not put your hips high on your list of things you love about your body, but it’s high up on your husband's. He will always remember you holding your little children on your hips while still making time to take care of yourself, them, him and the home you all share together. Say what you will about them, but your man loves your hips.
4. Your eyes
He’s mad about their color and can read them like a book. It was your deep, flirtatious and soulful eyes that first drew him to you. He loves how your eyes look up to him with love.
5. Your nose
He loves how you scrunch your nose when smile or how it will twitch just a tad when you’re angry. Now you know why he loves to kiss your little nose; he loves everything about it.
6. Your feet
Your two feet will walk anywhere with him, and he loves them for it. Remind him to show his love for them through a foot massage.
7. Your stomach
Not your favorite, but you can’t say the same about your husband. Your mister loves your beautiful stomach; the stretches and scars are only another sweet reminder at how strong your body is and how you’ve physically sacrificed to give him his wonderful children. It’s perfect in his eyes.
8. Your ears
You have two beautiful ears he can whisper sweet nothings into.
9. Your elbows
Haven’t heard how much your mister adores your elbows? He may not say it specifically, but he appreciates how your elbows have the strength to keep things in shape. They help you lift, carry and tend to what you need to accomplish. They show your strength and your determination.
10. Your hair
You want long and straight, but he loves your curly and short hair. Go figure.
11. Your wrists
The inside of your wrists are perfectly kissable and he loves gifting you a bracelet or two to wear as a reminder of how much he likes them.
12. Your fingers
They are long and strong and make him smile when you run them through your hair — or his hair for that matter. He loved putting a ring around one to tell the world that you are his.
13. Your waist
He can wrap his strong arms around your waist and you always feel like everything is right in the world. Your mister loves putting his hands on your waist from behind to steal a kiss.
14. Your arms
You throw your arms around his neck and he can’t help but grin. They are powerful and strong and give the best hugs to him and your children.
15. Your heart
It’s not something he can physically see or kiss everyday, but your man absolutely loves your heart. Your heart is willing to open up and be loved and love back. It’s grateful gracious, appreciative and kind and is one of your best features.
16. Your dimples
And lets not forget your smooch-worthy cheeks. The decision whether to kiss your lovable lips or your soft cheeks is a tough one indeed. Your mister loves the dimples that deepen the more you smile.
17. Your brain
Again, not something he can physically see but it is something he loves dearly. It’s sharp and clever, and keeps him on his toes. It’s your brain that gives you the personality he fell in love with and still adores after all these years.
18. Your forehead
It crinkles when you get frustrated and allows him to see how stressful your day was with a single glance, which is why he’ll run over to give it a sweet and gentle smooch.
19. How resilient your body is
He loves the specifics, but don’t think he doesn’t adore your body as a whole. It is strong, powerful and nurturing and his to hold and love forever.
