1 arrested after assault, robbery on NCSU campus

— Authorities are investigating after a person was robbed an assaulted on the North Carolina State University campus Friday night.

Campus police said the victim was approached by three men who assaulted him and took his belongings at about 8:30 p.m. on Ligon Street.

One man was arrested at the scene while two others fled on foot. Descriptions of the men were not available.

    Watching this for years it has a lot more to do with WRAL being right across the street from NCSU's campus and it is easy reporting.

    A lot of crime on this campus
