RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man was in jail Monday under a $1.5 million bond after police found videos on his cellphone of him allegedly performing sexual acts on a child.

Pedro Jaime Ensenat, 40, of 3009 Inland Trail, Apt. 21, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of second-degree exploitation of a minor, first-degree sex offense with a child and indecent liberties with a child.

According to search warrants, investigators found two movie clips on the phone while carrying out a search warrant on suspected child pornography charges.

Police were tipped off about Ensenat after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received information that someone had uploaded several images of child porn to a social website as well as to a Google Drive account.

Investigators were able to trace the Internet activity to Ensenat, according to the warrants. They were also able to identify the child in the video.

Ensenat is expected to be back in court Nov. 26.
