'Combat wounded parking' coming to Fayetteville
Fayetteville is giving local companies a chance to recognize men and women wounded in combat by allocating a designated parking space for them.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville is giving local companies a chance to recognize men and women wounded in combat by allocating a designated parking space for them.
Wounded Warrior Family Support Foundation donated 50 12-inch-by-18-inch signs – available for on a first-come, first-serve basis – to those that have parking lots within the city limits.

The signs, free to those meeting the city's minimum parking requirements, have popped up all over the country, including cities in Texas, Massachusetts and California.
